You can get a right-side side scoop as an independent option from the left-side side scoop as options. This means, theoretically, there are Mustangs out there with only one side scoop on.

could you imagine custom ordering one like that from a dealer, and then cancelling the lease as soon as its delivered? What a brilliant way to stick it to the dealer.

The configurator forces you to add the right side scoop. This begs the question, why would you even separate them?
